
Due to supply chain issues that began before the pandemic and worsened during it, I've been testing out new suppliers for a variety of herbs.
In a few cases, the quality of plant matter is fine, but the presentation isn't quite right for use in tea. This is generally a matter of size - either inconsistent or too large or small to be included appropriately in our blends.
As I abhor waste, I decided to offer them in the shop rather than composting them.
