There are instances where habit turns into tradition turns into "something is wrong in the force" if you cannot accomplish said tradition.

Jasmine Green tea was the usual selection when eating at Chinese restaurants - and one of the first times I put together a tofu stir fry it was the desired tea.

But it did not yet exist in the tea cabinet because i had not made a "my version" of it yet.
