Even Dreams Must Sleep was a long time coming.

I realized that it would be nice to have a sleep tea that worked properly for my own collection of health issues - including, but not limited to PTSD, EDS, chronic pain, anxiety, and nightmares. One of the reasons for needing to make a personalized tea is that I have unpleasant interactions with both Hops and Valerian, as far as how they affect my sleep.

This tea was the end result of that concept.
